About this Virtual Run: Join Virtual Strides in raising awareness of domestic violence by registering for the Break The Silence virtual race. Choose from one of our standard 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon Distances or challenge yourself with a custom goal that can be completed all at once or in segments over a longer period of time. You can run or walk (or step or bike) anytime and anywhere you want! All participants will receive this beautiful, fully-3D, 4″ metallic-purple medal made up of intertwined hearts and an infinity symbol.

About the Charity: Break The Silence Against Domestic Violence (BTSADV) is a national nonprofit organization powerfully led by survivors-volunteers who help serve victims, survivors, and families affected by domestic violence. The BTSADV family provides critical, direct support to people in need in an effort to:
- -eliminate isolation and suicidal thoughts
- -reduce anxiety
- -build trust in healthy friendships
- -inspire passion
- -provide tools to manage PTSD symptoms
- -reduce depression symptoms
